Calma Bay is a boutique beachfront complex in the Kraimorie district of Burgas – set in a quiet, sheltered southern bay with direct access to a small sandy beach, literally metres from the homes. Here the sea is part of everyday life, and tranquillity is a natural standard.

The project comprises 16 luxury houses and a residential building with 37 apartments, created for year-round living: functional layouts, natural light and panoramic views. Each house has impressive rooftop terraces – around 70 sq.m in total, of which approximately 50 sq.m are a bonus and are not included in the built-up area.
